Confidentiality & Privacy
Moore Beauty collects and maintains personal health information in accordance with applicable privacy legislation in Ontario, including PHIPA (Personal Health Information Protection Act).
Collection of Information
Information collected may include:
- Personal identifiers (name, date of birth, contact details)
- Medical history, medications, and relevant health conditions
- Treatment records and clinical photographs (with consent)
This information is required to assess eligibility for treatment and ensure safe care.
Use of Information
Your information is used strictly for:

- Documentation and continuity of care

Moore Beauty does not sell or distribute personal information. Third-party platforms used for booking, communication, or charting are compliant with privacy and security standards.

Client Access

Consultation & Treatment Eligibility
All clients must undergo a consultation prior to treatment. Treatment will only proceed if deemed clinically appropriate.
Moore Beauty reserves the right to decline or defer treatment in cases where:
- Contraindications are present
- Expectations are unrealistic
- Treatment is not in the client's best medical interest
Informed Consent
Clients are required to provide informed consent prior to any procedure. This includes acknowledgment of:

- Expected outcomes and limitations

Consent may be withdrawn at any time prior to treatment.
Medical Disclaimer
All treatments are elective cosmetic procedures and are not medically necessary. Results vary by individual and are influenced by factors including anatomy, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.
No specific results are guaranteed.
Appointments & Deposits
- A deposit may be required to secure your appointment
- Appointments are reserved specifically for you; we ask that you respect scheduled times
- Clients must arrive on time with all required forms completed
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: deposit forfeited or cancellation fee applied
- Missed appointments (no-shows): full service fee may be charged
- Repeated occurrences may require prepayment for future bookings
This policy ensures fairness and availability for all clients.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 10 to 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or be required to reschedule. Late arrivals may result in loss of deposit.
Fees & Payments
- All services must be paid in full at the time of treatment
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively
Refunds & Treatment Outcomes
Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments:
- All services and injectables are non-refundable
- Prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed

Post-Treatment Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Following all aftercare instructions provided
- Reporting any adverse reactions or concerns promptly
- Attending recommended follow-up appointments
Failure to follow aftercare guidance may impact results.
Health Disclosure
Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information, including:
- Medical conditions
- Medications and supplements
- Allergies
- Recent procedures, vaccinations, or dental work
Incomplete or inaccurate disclosure may increase risk and result in treatment refusal.
Clinical Photography & Media
With client consent, photographs may be taken for:
- Medical documentation
- Before-and-after comparisons
- Educational or marketing purposes
Clients may opt out of marketing use at any time.
Minors
Clients under the age of 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during consultation and treatment.
Clinic Environment
To maintain a safe and professional clinical setting:
- Children and additional guests are not permitted unless pre-approved
- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated
Right to Refuse Service
Moore Beauty reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time where:
- Client safety may be compromised
- Policies are not respected
- Clinical judgment determines treatment is not appropriate
Limitation of Liability
Moore Beauty and its practitioners are not liable for:
- Outcomes influenced by undisclosed medical conditions
- Failure to follow aftercare instructions
- Individual variations in treatment response
