What is PCDC Fat Dissolving?
PCDC (Phosphatidylcholine Deoxycholate) is a non-surgical injectable treatment that permanently destroys fat cells in targeted areas of the body. It is ideal for small, localized pockets of stubborn fat that are resistant to diet and exercise.
The active ingredient, deoxycholic acid, is a naturally occurring molecule in the body that aids in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat. When injected into targeted fat deposits, it disrupts the fat cell membrane, causing the cells to break down and be naturally eliminated by the body over several weeks.

What to Expect
Consultation
Raquel will assess your treatment area, review your medical history, and confirm candidacy. She will explain the treatment process, expected results, and number of sessions recommended for your goals.
Treatment Day
A topical numbing agent is applied before treatment. PCDC is then injected into the targeted fat deposit using a fine needle. The appointment takes 20–45 minutes depending on the area treated.
Immediately After
Swelling, redness, tenderness, and bruising at the injection site are normal and expected. This is the body's inflammatory response to the treatment and is a sign it is working. Most clients return to daily activities right away.
Results Develop
Results develop progressively over 8–12 weeks as the body naturally metabolizes the destroyed fat cells. Most clients require 2–4 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart for optimal results.
